Prime Boots Return & Refund Policy

At Prime Boots, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a ₹200 advance payment after order confirmation by our sales team.

The ₹200 advance is non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and prepared for dispatch.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Products can only be replaced if they are received damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item is delivered.

Size exchange is available within 48 hours of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after inspection and approval.

Prime Boots reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
